Harvey norman is our go to place for so many items, fridges, vacuums, washing machines and the list goes on we have got some great discounts too, i love there free santa photo every year. Probably only one time we had a bad experience was when we tried to enquire about a phone and the guy didnt want anything to do with us buying one because we werent interested going on a plan but thats fine jb hifi got our money. All up we have alot of good experiences and most of them are friendly

Harvey Norman always seem to have the best prices and will even price match if you ask. I find most of their staff helpful and knowledgable.

In the electrical department, I was most happy with the lady that served us and bent over backwards to get a fridge, that there store didn't have in stock, delivered from another store and too our door at a moments notice after our fridge died un-expectly and we urgently needed a replacement.

Great products at extremely great prices. The quality of the goods are extremely high and are all covered by warranty. The customer service recieved at the store was also great. Great people to deal with that provide a large amount of information and knowledge of the products that they are selling. Definately will deal with again.

I went looking for a 26" LCD television and did not want to spend a fortune. After going to 6 other electrical retailers I went to Harvey Normans. Their prices were also more than I wanted to pay one of the sales staff asked if he could help, I said only if they had better prices than what was showing. He pointed out a television and I said it was too expensive he said he would check what he could do. When he came back he offered the television $200 cheaper than advertised. It pays to ask about prices, I was happy with the price and got it.

I bought a digital camera from this retailer and they had so many to choose from, that I felt overwhelmed. The Salesperson asked me my requirements and in a very short time we had narrowed it down to 3 cameras. He had excellent product knowledge and made me feel as if I was as important as someone who was buying a big ticket item.
