Don't ever use Harvey Norman Renovation.. their customer service is terrible.. Had a mirror that lost its silver backing after 14 months and they said that it only had a 12 month warranty.. They said they would replace it for $50 plus the service fee... If it was only going to cost $50 why wouln't they replace it for good customer relation, I will never purchase anything from them again.. such bad customer service... they put a toilet roll holder in the wall but when you put the toilet roll in a man cannot raise the toilet seat but they said nothing could be done about it.. bad mistake to ever use them..

Harvey Norman have taught us a very valuable lesson. Never, ever make use of their services. Good for the actual products but a word of warning, having their contractors do our bathroom renovation was the biggest mistake and most stressful time of our lives! Something that should have taken about 3 weeks took nearly 3 months as we were continually calling them back to fix things when they were apparently finished and they even tried to dump rubbish under our house, even though as part of the contract we paid for rubbish removal. If you like their products in the show room, buy them, but get your own tradesmen please!
