Came in 2 weeks ago and was served by Tran in the white goods section. Easiest transaction I’ve had so far including negotiation. Was in and and out within 30 minutes.

Would buy from Tran again!

I purchase a lot of products from this store. I have just purchased a new Smart TV and was impressed with the range I had to choose from and the salesperson's knowledge of the products. I think Harvey's are a little over priced but when you want something immediately you have to be prepared to pay for it. The best thing about this store is they only stock quality products so you know you are getting the best every time. Salespeople are usually friendly and helpful and this purchase was no different!

I bought a bed from Harvey Norman a year ago. our mattress is now very uncomfortable to sleep on. I rang Harvey Norman and complained to a lady I think her name was Kaye she was very helpful and understanding. she said she would contact the manufacture and have them send me a complaint form and have someone come out to look at our mattress. I received the complaint form within 3 days. I am now waiting on the manufacture to responed.

We love this store - they always look after us well. We are on first name basis now with some of the electronic guys and they certainly are attentive and show great knowledge in the items. We certainly rate the people and the store well.

My experience of the electronics department is not good. Each time we have tried this store it is hard to get a salesperson. One time we went in and all the sales staff were too busy talking to acknowledge us in the store.
