I went in to purchase an epson scanner (v300 photo), they did not have it in stock so it was going to be sent from the Lake Haven store, i was told it would be less than a week to get in. I had not heard from the Erina store and it was over a week. I rang and they told me that it got lost in transit and that they would allow me to purchase the next model up (v500 photo) for the same price as the v300.

I purchased at new Laptop computer. They had a great range of computers to choose from and I was satisfied with this aspect. The down side was the sales person who I dealt with. He was a young man in his teens, and had very little knowledge regarding computers. Although he was very helpful I was given several pieces of advice which I later found out to be incorrect.

I have shopped in the erina store on a regular basis and everytime I have been there I have received a quality product with good service. I would definately recommend this shop to family and friends.
