Wonderful service over the phone by Stephanie. She answered all my questions and I was very confident in my choice of refrigerator that I purchased over the phone without having to go to the store to choose a brand and size. Delivery was 2 days later and I am very happy with the one I purchased. The delivery blokes were friendly, efficient and careful in siting the refrigerator. They phoned me to say they would be about 30 minutes and arrived on time. This is the fifth time that I have ordered items ( 3 of them large item / cost) over the phone in the last 12 months and I have been very pleased with service, the price and the product. Stephanie was the contact person on 3 of these purchases and I would recommend her (and the other 2 employees) very highly.

Recently dealt with Ellie from carpet section of Harvey Norman for carpeting our house. They had a great range of carpets which Ellie was able to clearly explain in detail about. We were able to choose a product that suited our needs and budget. The carpet layers were very friendly and quick and did a fantastic job. There was a bit of a wait for the carpet but it was a popular choice and we were kept in the loop in what was going on. Price was very competitive and end result was fantastic.

We recently renovated our kitchen and Crystal put a package of oven,cooktop,rangehood sinkandmixer and dishwasher together for us. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with our selections and the price was right.She also looked after the delivery of the items a time we wanted.

The salesman was very attentive and helpful with all our inquiry's. He showed us many different models and price rangers, as well as explained how they all worked. He seemed very genuine and friendly and did all he could to help us in our decision of which goods to buy.
