I recently bought a new mattress from Harvey Norman Bedding Browns Plains and had such an easy times doing it.Alex ,the assistant who served me was great and so pleasant .All done in less then half an hour.
The guys who delivered it a week or so later were great as well and took my old mattress away.

Staff are really friendly and know their products very well. I will shop there again. Either it be for electrical, computers or furniture.

I have purchased many items over the years. I have found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. You can ask the sales person the best price on an item.

Went to buy a computer stood in the shop for 5 minutes waiting for the sales man to finish his conversation with other sales person. Then all he did was tell me computers were over Very bad service.

My mum has just bought a new kitchen from there. She was so impressed with the sales assistance knowledge of kitchens appliances and what worked best together. We would definitely go back, they were so helpful and friendly and really helped mum get what SHE wanted to buy not just what they wanted to sell her

Needing to purchase an electrical item I was so confused by which one to choose, the staff explained the pros and cons for each even letting me know that the cheaper one did the exact same job as the more expensive however I should I purchase the more expensive I would just be paying for a name which helped with making my purchase easier.

shopping for my first computer was so easy, well atleast i thought it was, but going to harvey norman at browns plains made it even easier. they helped us decide on what brand to buy and we all came out on top.
