Simply excellent service with prompt delivery and great service. Now I appreciate that some of this was Sony (as I bought a Sony Bravia) but I got an amazing deal off these guys and definitely would be back and use these guys again.

Overall not a bad place to shop. Some good sales but watch out for the sales people. Most times I've gone I've had a sales person come up to me almost as soon as I've entered asking me what I'm after instead of giving me some time to explore the store first.

Even though I experienced a poor costumer service, prices were good and costumer service were good other times.
Great value when on sale, shopping here always means good service for me as staff come and approach you and offer help. Great for electronics, they sell a large range and is located in Broadway Shopping Centre so convenient for city goers.
The staff are sometimes nice, though they will help you find what you want, they are very nice (in general). The prices are ok and they have an excellent range of products.
