There is no customer service here at all. I have been there a hand full of times now and every time I go in there the staff are too buisy chatting with each other or watching the TV to be bothered to help me out.

I soon realised that the only way to get service was If I was a slim young blonde lady with rather well endowed assets. This came about when I was waiting while the shop assistant was talking to a customer, I was right next to them and it was obvious to everybody I was waiting to talk to him. Then in walked this young thing and and the employee walked away from me once he had finished with his current customer and was very interested in how he could help her and not me who had been patiently waiting.

I ended up walking out and going somewhere else.

Plenty of white goods, electrical goods, computer products to choose from. I was able to find help with my purchase of a Kenwood Chef. Easy pick up and delivery.

After having bought thousands of dollars worth of computer gear and new mobiles, I experienced the one thing we all dread and that is product failure. Luckily when we bought everything we included the servicing and warranty replacement option which I recommend everybody does. I found the staff to be very helpfull when it came to making a complaint. The manager replaced my phone with a newer model of my choice once I made the demand. This store has a great variety of stock, staff with a high turnover of stock. Just because the product from one of the many products available was faulty doesn't mean the store is no good. at the end of the day I had a faulty product, the situation was resolved and I have all the confidence in the world to shop there again.

We visit Hervey Norman Oxley very often.. I have purchased most of my photography accessories from here over the last few years. I also have purchased furnature over the years. The service last two times I was there especially, the staff were beyond exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and weren't pushy at all. They offered advice and seemed excited to help with any query I had. Best shopping experience I have had.

being local to the area, I frequent this store quite regularly. i have found the selection extensive and customer service is satisfactory. it is sometimes too busy and staff are a little light during those times, but that is to be expected. prices are often more expensive than alternative options, so it pays to do your homework however after saying that, you can negotiate on the price with staff so worth having a go. Generally I find the furniture (particularly lounges) much better quality than those found at cheaper alternatives (ie Super Amart, Fantastic Furniture). I would recommend this store.

Have bought from this store several times and the value has always been quite good. They are always really busy so finding a staff member to assist can sometimes be difficult. Having a separate franchise for computers and electrical can be annoying as you can't deal with one salesperson if buying something from both sections. They are quite friendly to deal with and I'll continue to shop there.
