They use proper ingredients, making these gourmet pizza's a real treat!! The staff were really nice and prompt and were professional in the way they handled the customers. The pizza was bursting with flavour... I want some now :)

We ordered a pizza this Wednsday and the name is something like Abriatta or so (its on the first place when you see Gourment pizzas)...ummmmm...so delicious and moreover we were ordering at around 10pm and they upgraded our medium pizza to large one, it was really nice of them. Beside that, we ALWAYS order there eye-fillet steaks and t-bone steaks, for me and my partner it's the best place for getting the really high quality steaks! the service and staff quite know us and we love that they remember their loyal customers!

It took nearly 2 hours for my pizzas to be delivered. After first ordering, and being told it would be 35 mins, an hour later my pizzas showed up, but they were not what I ordered. I called to complain, and was told that yes they had stuffed up, and they will send 2 fresh pizzas out immediately (I live about 5 mins away). 40 mins later, we still had not received the pizzas, so I called up again, asking to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes before he came on the phone. He did not apologise once, simply stating over and over again that they were busy. Being busy on a friday night should not be an excuse, it should be expected (if you run a half decent place). After explaining that I just wanted my money back, he became increasingly nasty, and talking down to me, saying things like "listen DARLING". The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. I will never ever give this place my business again. When the pizzas finally showed up, I explained to the delivery driver what had gone on, and he just nodded and said "yeah, that guy is crazy". What a joke.

Harros' Pizzas are delicious. Fresh, healthy ingredients that make you feel like you're not having such a naughty meal as if you were to buy pizza from say, Pizza Hut or Dominos. The restaurant has a funny set up meaning that takeaway customers are left feeling they're in the way, however diners are comfortable. The service can be slow on busy nights.

great pizzas with a really nice choice of gourmet flavours. they took off the lasagne which is ptiy - either you're an italian restaurant and do lasagne or dont do the restaurant at all. chicken schnizel really good but sometimes undercooked

Delicious pizza, especially their gourmet range (try their Arabiata)!!! They use excellent quality ingredients that are fresh, & they are very generous with their toppings. Although the dine in area is not large it is nicely presented and they are able to accommodate groups of 10 or more. We have often taken interstate or international guests who are fond of pizza to this place and they have all loved it! You can see the pizzas being made and they owners are both passionate and committed to providing the tastiest pizza's. The other meals on the menu are also very good. Because we have small children it is difficult to take them out for a 'fine dining' experience, so going out to Harro's keeps everyone happy. Week-end nights are very busy so you will need to book ahead (or if you live close by you have the option of take away). Sometimes we'll drive all the way there just to pick up an order ourselves. Price are also very good value for the quality (remember this is not anything like your pizza hut or local budget pizza store).

Love this place. The best pizzas, lots of toppings and for a reasonable price. This place serves the best crumbed parmigiana a must try. The servings are huge so make sure you take your appetite.
