She went the extra mile, coming to our house to pick up documents, delivering documents where needed. Any questions we had were always promptly answered by either email or phone. After settlement, we received a gorgeous gift, congratulating us on our purchase. If we were sellers, or were going to rent a property, I would definately choose them to be our real estate agent.
