These people have no idea what they're doing! They prepared my return and said I needed to PAY the Tax Office $900, plus the $85 for them to prepare the return. I walked out, got an accountant friend to have a look, and guess what - I got a refund instead. And I checked with the Tax Office, so I KNOW my friend prepared my tax return accurately. And when I called to tell them I wasn't paying their fee for an incorrectly prepared return, the staff hung up on me? So rude! STAY AWAY FROM HAPPY TAX!

Did did not find the staff helpful at all! They say they are "defence specialist"! I highly doubt that! Will never go there again!
