I was having coffee this morning at Happicinos in Miami Plaza with 4 friends. It was my friends birthday, and she opened presents amid chat and laughter. I returned from holiday and was showing my friends some pictures and short videos. One of the staff very rudely came over and spoke to us very badly asking me to turn the sound down which was low anyway. There are ways of asking for anything, we did not appreciate her attitude. The name Happicinos conjures up a happy and lighthearted meeting place, but when one displays laughter and hilarity maybe Happicinos is not the place to be. Given the degree of rudeness displayed by this young staff member it would seem that lessons in PR would be beneficial.

The staff are genuinely friendly and too happy to serve you. Their is a lot on the menu to select from depending on how you feel. Great coffee and a lovely atmosphere.

lovedd the service loved the food and the coffee tasted extremely good. i loved going here on our way back from Perth. nexdt time i come past i look forward to heading back to dine and drink :)

This cafe is located in the Miami Plaza & its easy to just go relax with a friend or even after I do the food shopping. The cafe has quick & friendly staff I have found.
