They provide a service for low income family's,
Handup food items may be seconds, damaged or past the best before date, but they are all very cheap, most of the food is donated by the bigger companies like coles & woollies before they go out of date, it is up to you to use your own judgment when selecting items, but they wont sell you produce that is bad.
It is a good service for pensioners, low income familys & the unemployed, they are open from 10am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Approximate cost: $around $10 for approx food to the value of $50
