A really good japanese restaurant.
I was seated at the sushi bar and was able to watch the owner-chef prepare all the delectable sushi & sashimi. He was really nice and when I couldn't get the waiter's attention he would ask what I wanted and tell the waiter.
The quality of the food is commendable and the care taken in presentation etc is clear.
Had a really lovely experience.

My former boss' favourite place to entertain clients. I used to fill in his reimbursement and thought he's so boring, the only place he ever goes to is that same japanese place until one day, I was asked to tag along. I was amazed by the quality and taste of the foods there. I thought to myself, "I wouldn't mind eating these every single day too". The sashimi were so fresh and delicate. The tempura, wow, the outside were crunchy and the prawns inside were fresh and melt in my mouth.

For high quality, tasty Japanese you can't go past Hanabishi. This is one place that despite the price, it reflects the quality of the food - all dishes came out very fresh and well presented in typical Japanese fashion. The decor is somewhat dated however the level of service is unobtrusive and just at the right level so you can make conversation without discussion or interruption. Sushi and sashimi is very fresh (no sour tuna tastes here)
