My family used Colin Hibberd to undertake 2 inspections for us. In the first inspection he saved my parents a substantial amount of money and a lot of heartbreak by identifying a massive flaw in the roof of the house they were planning to buy. Colin's advice was invaluable when we were considering an older, rundown house. At and after inspection he identified what needed to be corrected and advised how and when works could be done as well as how much they might cost.

As we contacted Colin very close to the property auction date he could only schedule the inspection the day before the auction, however he worked to send the written report and inspection photos that same evening.
