I have been waiting over half an hour out the front of a closed salon, is this place still open? I have just read other reviews about disappointed customers with vouchers, any luck with your refunds? Myself and my mother also have Cudo vouchers and a refund will be the next step for us.

I would not even rate this place a - MINUS 5!! I bought a deal voucher from deals.com.au and I have called this place about 10 times and left messaged about 5 times for a call back and NO CALL NOTHING! I contacted deals.com.au to get my money back and apparently they said that the company will contact me!! STILL NO CALL!! I checked My voucher and lo and behold I had to make an appointment by today!! WHICH I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO!! With NO success!!! Conclusion- this company has ignored customers calls so they can STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE!!! I can only imagine how they would treat my hair!!! If they can't even return a call!! I to read all the reviews on this salon, but must strongly AGREE with last review from KYMATR. I attended my appointment quite distraught after a disastrous hair issue from a previous salon earlier in the week. Yes..... my appointment was overbooked x 3, but..... I cannot speak highly enough of Bo, the only senior stylist there. She was absolutely amazing. Bo balanced the salon, the clients and the work with amazing professionalism, patience and compassion. I was/am extremely impressed with Bo and will definitely be calling this salon my regular from now on. To the management of the salon, I am afraid you may have to look at a more professional way to operate your business, eg: having only ONE person working in the salon when overbooked, phones ringing, no receptionist, in reality your clientele will suffer. You have a real gem in Bo being there, but why should she have to run a salon on her own without help and forever apologizing to people for being "under the pump" when she offers such a brilliant service, and she is just so nice. Thank you

I purchased 2 x vouchers , one for myself and one for my daughter. On the way their my daughter read reviews and to be honest we nearly turned around. Reviews said , they wont answer phones , the place was dirty and that the service was poor! How far from the truth that was! The service was amazing, we had a great color and the stylist Bo was attentive and really listened to our concerns upfront. We mentioned the reviews and how we felt and she let us know that the place was under new management and that she was sorry for the negative but asssured us we would be happy. We both left feeling beautiful and happy. For the ladies who previously had a bad experience that was under old management and for any one looking to try, I am sure that you will be happy. Highly recommended. Lastly I changed our appointment time and they were very accommodating, I had no trouble getting through on the phones!
