This is the first time I went to this hair salon. The lady was very friendly. She greeted me, asked me what I wanted to do with my hair. She had pretty good English compared to the Asian hair dressers I've been to so I was feeling pretty confident that they would understand me. However it was clear that they didn't because I absolutely hated my hair, had to get it fixed somewhere else. Of course, maybe I was unclear.
