I took my daughter in for a trim. Her hair was long and straight so it seemed pretty straight forward. We left with one side two inches longer than the other. I just paid and took her elsewhere to have it fixed and vowed never to go back. Unfortunately my son's father took him on Saturday and he is refusing to leave the house because his hair cut is so bad and I dont blame him. I have no idea where they get their cutters from. They do not know how to cut hair. He has an uneven maybe number 4 except where his long fringe is left and a few odd tassles of hair along his part. It is like a 4 year old took to him and did random cuts. I strongly recommend not to use this hairdressers.

I went to this business 20 minutes before closing time. All the doors were open the staff were sitting there drinking coffee and doing nothing and turned me away when I was wanting to get haircuts for my two boys aged 5 and 7, they could’ve done both boys well before their scheduled closing time!

The staff were SO RUDE AND LAZY!! Definitely would not recommend these ppl at all evwr

Don't go to any of their stores, Frankston, Wendouree or Cranbourne. All their staff are in training and lie about their qualifications.

Unfortunately, I took my three year old child here.

Firstly, the staff are incredibly rude, do not expect to even be acknowledged, they mumble away to themselves and look like they’d rather be at a funeral than at work.

The “hairdresser” (this is me being very generous, I find it hard to be believe he is qualified) didn’t once speak to my child. I asked specifically do not cut the fringe and can he layer the hair. When he started cutting my child’s hair he went straight to cut the fringe. I reminded him politely again to NOT cut the fringe. So he moved to the back of the hair, not only did he not put in the layers I asked for he managed to cut in a bizarre wonky line. Then, as I was distracted with my other child he moved around to the front of my child’s hair and again cut the fringe. Unbelievable.

My child was in the chair for about 4 minutes, which might seem short but I suppose it reduced the amount of damage the man could have done so maybe we got lucky.

Honestly, I am in disbelief that there is a business that employs hairdressers who can’t follow basic instruction and also who are unable to correctly cut hair.

It’s very cheap but do yourself a favor and go to a real hairdressers.

If I could give this "business" zero stars that would be too much. I made the mistake of going to hair edge to get a few layers put in, not to have any length taken off or to change my hairstyle drastically. I showed the pathetic excuse for a hairdresser 3 pictures of what I wanted. She said that I was in good hands because she knew how to handle curly hair, her mum had curly hair and she cuts it all the time. Her poor mother.
First thing she does is grab a chunk of my hair, holds it over the top of my head and tells me not to worry it only LOOKS like she'll be taking a lot of hair off. When she made that first cut I knew it was too late. As she was cutting my hair she told me with curly hair you had to experiment... I went into that hell hole with shoulder length, curly hair and a fringe. I left with a pixie cut. My hair is about 2cm in length in some parts and in others about 5. I have a mullet at the back and by my ears two uneven bangs. I attempt to pin back the mullet and bangs but the only way I can bear to leave my house is to wear a hat.
My hair will look terrible for months to come as I now have to wait for this disgusting uneven hair cut to grow enough so that I can finally go out without being embarrassed with how I look.

I had my hair cut here. My hair was cut uneven & the worst haircut I've had thus far. I don't recommend this business at all.
