Emma really listens to how you want your hair, she is also great at suggesting ideas for styles that suit you. I have been going to Emma since she opened in September last year and over the months we have change my hair color a few times. The colors i have had have always suited my skin tone, and have lasted until my next visit. I always feel really looked after by Emma as the service is so personal, there is never more that 2 customers at a time, so you are never kept waiting for long periods of time (which is quite often what happens in the bigger salons).
