As the weather is a little cooler now we decided to visit here for a buffet lunch. As usual, it was busy but we enjoyed having a meal out and about. Very nice array of cold meats and salads as well as hot foods. Well worth the money.

I stayed here for few nights with 4 friends And the prices Are reasonable, close to everything and the staff seem nice. Probably wouldn't stay here any longer than we did though as you can hear your neighbors and could be done up a bit

My family and relatives from interstate decided to go here for lunch after having a look around Hahndorf. I found it to be quite spacious and had a reasonably large amount of food to choose from (there was a Buffet). I always like a Schnitzel and this one hit the spot, it was just right. The kids, as usual had the same and loved it. Enjoyed the desserts aswell. Found the staff to be friendly and enjoyed the atmosphere. Will be returning.

Good variety of smorgasbord meals, hot and cold available. Plenty of seating, it is good to be able to go back for second servings. Dessert is also included to, makes for an economical meal.

We love going out as a family to their buffet nights. It must be seen to be appreciated, it is undoubtedly the most extensive range of choices I have ever sampled. Rather expensive, bu if you make an occasion of it and take your time across the courses it is worth it.

Approximate cost: $28.00

There are new owners here, and things have improved. Buffet is better quality, and still very good value. The atmosphere is much nicer, the young manager is very friendly, as are the staff. All neatly presented in smart, black uniforms.
They are also bringing in some great artists to do shows, where you can just go to the show, or dinner and show for around $59 per head. (INXS played recently and James Reyne will be playing in August; looking forward to it).
Also have motel units available. We havent stayed ourselves, but friends that have said it was comfortable and reasonably priced.
Has pokies, but they are away from the dining area, which we appreciate.
Definitely worth another try, if you havent been for a while!

Huge all you can eat buffet, dessert included, i cant remember the exact price but it was cheap, the buffet consisted of starch heavy foods to fill up eaters quickly and the food quality has degraded since i was a young'un

All you can eat for under $20! I have been here a few times with some friends each time with 30-40 people. On each occasion its been for dinner service and have always been offered a good deal (saving a further $2 pp). Lots to choose from heaps of meats, fish and vegatables. A full desserts range including pavalova, jelly, ice cream and fruits. There is plenty here for the vegaterians too. Drinks cost extra best deal is buying a jug of coke or get a bottle of table water and ice for free. This venue also has gaming machines and an open kitchen area. I love this place in autumn when the garden area is alive with grape vines over the old chinky timber tables outside under cover and the huge trees out the back. Don't forget it's an olde stone building that really sets the scene. Customer service is what you would expect from a busy pub.

Approximate cost: $19.95
