Annoying ignore NO substitutes and always try to keep your money when goods not available. Every order I have t contact them or be contacted by them. Why build an option into your sales platform only to cause so much hassle for customers by ignoring!?!

Hagens is the only organic meat shop at the Vic Market. It is pricey but the quality is awesome. I've just started getting into organics and the flavour of most things is well worth it. After being continually disappointed with the quality of meat from the supermarket, I bought a rump steak from these guys for the first time about a month ago. For the first time in ages, we were 100% happy and will continue to return. They sell a range of beef, pork, lamb and chicken products and also provide a delivery service.
