They sell proactiv products with help skin away from pimples. I have the problem with this company when I order online. After the first time I ordered they keep sending product to me. I called the customer service to cancel the membership and they still send product to me. I had to go to the bank to ask them cancel my visa card. After 7 months they said I own them money about the product they sent to me but I dnt receive any thing after I cancel my memebership. I called the customer service again and ask them the tracking number and they said they don not have any tracking number. They do not have any evident about my receiving product. My sister she has the same problem.They sent to her the product which she did not order. she refund it and it took her 4 months to get money back.

Ordered ProActiv skincare online and used a card. It took them about a week to process the order and between the time of me ordering and them putting the payment through, I lost my card and had to cancel it. Didn't notice that the funds hadn't been withdrawn. Waited for the requisite 10 days, called them up to enquire and basically was told that the card had failed and so they didn't put the payment through. When I enquired as to why they didn't call me to inform me of this 5 days ago they didn't give me a reason and the call centre operator was surly and didn't care at all. After I enquired about how long it would take now that I knew they had the stock and I had been waiting for 10 days already, they informed me that it would still be 7-10 days. Personally I won't be buying anything from them again, and doubt I will be buying proactiv from them either even if it is good - just out of principle!!
