We had a horrible experience staying here. We asked for a port a cot for our newborn baby. This was fine as they had one. When they brought it it was from the 1970's with the mesh all ripped, the metal sides rusted and damaged and you could push down on one side and the cot would completely bend in half. Plus, the mattress had a split in the middle with 2 seperate foam pieces in it. Totally a SIDS risk for a baby and not good enought for a hotel. We asked for a different one. They told us they would get back to us in half an hour. An hour and a half later we got sick of waiting and went and asked. They had forgotten about it and the lady was completely rude and wouldn't assist us in finding something suitable for a newborn. We then found a cochroach in the room and decided to leave. It was 9pm, and we hadn't used the beds or showers and so left them a note we were looking for accomodation elsewhere and left. We got a following abusive phone call saying they were going to call the police on us. Totally unneccesary, and all ould have been avoided if they'd updated their port a cot in the last 40 years and cared about their clients babies! They could buy a new one for around $180!
