Wednesday 13th April 2022. The help given to my Grand daughter Jess travelling for the 1st time from the wonderful Staff was fantastic. The girls in the office and the bus driver helped her deal with lost luggage, airport staff and swapped her travel to the following bus. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness to a very upset and worried young woman.

So Covid 19 stopped our holiday, everything we booked we got refunds, Gull will not give you a refund. Shame on you for taking money for nothing. You should be really ashamed GULL. disgraced

We just had a terrible experience with a Gull bus driver from Melbourne to geelong. My friend changed her return flight and rang the Gull office earlier that day to change the time of her return Gull bus. When we went to board the bus at 8.15pm the driver did not have her details and would not let her board the bus unless she paid another $34 in cash. She showed him evidence of paying the fare but he still would not let her on the bus. He would not accept payment by card and was very rude. He was going to leave her there in the dark on her own so I had to offer to pay $34 cash so he would let her on the bus. It was very embarrassing and humiliating. I can't believe that he would leave a female behind after she provided evidence of payment. I was with her when she rang the Gull office & changed her return bus time and I told him that. It was disgusting and I'm very disappointed with how Gull has treated this lady. The driver showed no compassion for her. He could of taken her details and checked with the office in the morning. The bus was not full and there was room to take her.

I’ve used the service for two different trips in the past fornight. The first was when my flight out of Avalon got canceled and I needed to get my family to Tullamarine on limited notice, but couldn’t leave my car at Tullamarine. The kids were effectively free as the family ticket is the price of two adult fares, which was so cost effective. That day there was an accident on the M1 so the driver went through Bacchus Marsh. We were kept informed and got there the same time as the timetable.

This morning I caught the 3.50am service to Tullamarine. I was greeted in their warm McKillop Street waiting area by a friendly driver. There was a rest room, baggage scales, toys for kids, comfortable couch. It was so impressively set up, I was as comfortable as waiting in my own home, but without the stress of a family member having to drop me at the airport and make their way back to Geelong in peak hour traffic.

If you have ever parked at Melbourne long term parking you will know a few things: it’s still expensive to park, getting a park is HARD, the car parks are sooo small that you are likely to cop a few door marks and you still have to walk to a shuttle bus terminal and wait to be driven to the departures area.

The Gull bus drops you meters from the terminal, is friendly, efficient, and stress free. I love also supporting a local company and good, honest drivers. I’m never parking at the airport again!

I wouldn't, they are always late, their airport paperwork procedure is a joke and a lot of the drivers are just plain rude. If there was an alternative service I would use it.

Helpful, attentive, very friendly staff. Buses are a bit old. Will surely use Gull again...

Have used these guys a few times and have always been impressed. Hassel free and easy. Have never had an issue of lateness etc. Will continue to use Gull in the future.

staff extremely happy to help, the price is as expected. Vehicles used aren't exactly top of the line but do the job well.

Geelong would be lost without this service. I have always found it a pleasure and he drivers and reception staff are friendly and happy.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Buses used are pretty basic, but it's a good way to get to the airport without the hassles of driving, parking or finding someone available to take you.
