My wife bought a Jacket from the shop for me as a present, it was on sale. Unfortunately, it was too small for me. Called the shop up, although the lady told me they don't do refund or exchange for item on sale, she is willing to help me exchange for another item or search for a bigger size. She called me back as she has promised after she searched for the availability for the jacket. Althought I end up didn't change the clothes, I found that they are very friendly, approcahable and willing to help. Awesome customer service and memorable. Too bad I don't remember the name of the lady who help.
