bad dentist. unreliable staff at front desk. billing correct??? results unsatisfactory. will i return... not if i was paid.

I took my child to this dentist, Dr George, who was a horrendous prima donna. He would make us wait for a long time every appointment. He was rude and obnoxious. His wife on the other hand was really nice. I noticed that every time I took my son there, he would have someone he was seeing who was complaining about him on his schedule (I peaked - but it was right there and not hidden). He was getting a lot of complaints from people. Needless to say I stopped taking my son there and found a more competent dentist who didn't make my son cry. I would not recommend him at all!

It is run very efficiently and the staff do their utmost to keep you happy. I was very impressed with not having to wait too long for my appointment in the waiting room. George who owns the business is the best dentist there and I don't mind waiting for an appointment with him. He did my crowns and they are perfect. He is very generous with all the treatments and even offered to do the invisible braces for the same price as the normal ones.
His assistant even rubs your arm when the needle goes in to calm you down. I liked that.
