I would NOT recommend this Groomer! My dog was groomed 3 times by her, but the last time my dog came away with snapped tendon in right hind leg and was unable to walk. She was 14yrs but had to be euthanased as unable to operate. Phyllis never mentioned anything when I picked my girl up. I still haven't got over it.

Phyllis is very thorough and does a great job. Willow can be difficult but she handled her well.

Paddy is not the easiest of dogs especially with strangers.
But Phyllis showed him who was boss with kindness . He looked like a different dog when he came out. Gone had the scruffyness out walked a new Paddy .Treat bag also went down very well from Phyllis .A big Thankyou again.Tracey

Phyllis has a way with dogs! I have recently rescued a very timid and frightened Pomeranian. She was so caring and competent that the whole grooming experience was not traumatic at all! We will be back every month for a tidy up!

Phyllis is brilliant with our Border Collies. Our youngest is not the easist to deal with but she did an amazing job on her!!

I've got a Westie and they're notoriously hard to groom well. He always looks adorable after visiting Groomingdales. Phyllis does a great job and my dog loves her. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I am very impressed with this business and Phyllis is just wonderful, my maltese x shih tzu comes back looking gorgeous. It is local, 100% focused on pampering your pooch big or small.

I have taken my two Westies to many groomers on the Mornington Peninsula Phyllis is the only one who could do a genuine Westie cut and her facilities are first class. My two boys looked beautiful and were relaxed and happy when I collected them

My quite long haired dog Harry was groomed by Phyllis and he just loved her. Phyllis is very kind and caring with the animals and Harry loved being pampered. His coat is quite long and thick and Phyllis cleaned all the dead hair away especially from around his paws and between his toes and Harry just stood there quietly and let Phyllis do whatever was needed. Her grooming equipment is efficient and very effective and she really knows her stuff.
