Worst experience ever !

I was appalled by the services at groom me. They gave my dog such a drastic shave that resulted in injury to the tips of his ears. They then blamed this on an aural haematoma and told me to see a vet. The vet report clearly stated that he never had a haematoma but the traumatic injury was caused by the groomers cutting his ear too short. I admit that the dog was matted on the beard and tail however there was no need to shave him to his skin everywhere else where there was no matting.They themselves said that he wasn’t matted anywhere else before grooming. I am not saying that I wanted them to comb out the knots but rather to take more time and care to create a better look. What I am hurt by most is their failure to acknowledge the injury caused to my dog as stated in the vet report. Although I payed them for their grooming I expected a reimbursement for the unnecessary vet fees incurred and an apology. A 0 star service !

Best groomer. If your pet is like a child to you there is no one petter than Lisa-Marie. Makes what can sometimes be a stressful experience into a relaxing pamper session. Thank you!
