as far as franchises go, i have no idea how Grill'd rates. I have been to a few but had different things so cant directly compare. i went to Grill'd with my (elderly) parents and they , very surprisingly, loved it. I had a vege burger , but had a giant mushroom instead of the vege patty, added pineapple- it was fantastic!. we also had a std beef burger and the tropical option. Over all a good meal. busy place, but fast, fresh, lovely staff and a good option when craving a burger.

Grill'd actually surprised me! I went to order as a recommendation from a friend, as I was ordering, all I thought was a burger can't be THAT good. But it was. I had a chicken burger and it was amazing, the staff were wonderfull, service was fast and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had!!! The chips were also nice, but the burger was what blew me away!

Grill'd do delicious burgers and even yummier chips! They have gluten free available which is so handy as I have a friend who is Coeliac. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and reasonably priced. Our food was ready very quickly and was delicious! Will definitely be back.

If you want great food along with outstanding service then head over to Grill'd. I had dropped in for lunch and ordered a vegetarian burger and I was quite shocked when it was served due to the size (it was big). They have a good selection of meals including a good range for vegetarians. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Food is nice - maybe a tad pricey for what it is though.

Have been a few times and enjoyed the food - but felt a little ripped off in terms of value (maybe I am just tight).

I would go again if opportunity presented itself but I would not rush out as a special trip.

Pretty Good no issue with quality (even if service is a little average) - if better value it would be Great and I would go often.

amazing food, and good service. We were able to sit down and not feel rushed to eat and leave. A good and relaxing dinning experience!
