I love this place. The food is always so hot when they bring it out! The people are nice. The place is clean and has a really nice feel to it.
Absolutely love their chips, and their chilli dip.
Highly recommended!

Went there on a relatively quiet day and served by such a rude girl. Talked over me and just didn't look interested to be there and looked and talked down to me. The rest of the employees were just laughing and joking around with the same girl who took my order (the loudest) acting as though she was too good. I ordered 1 burger and waited and watched as they had laughs, stuffed around and eventually noticed I was WAITING for the food I had PAID for. And after another 5 MIN I finally got my burger. All other times I've been to this grilled its been amazing but this particular time what a bunch of immature teens they have working their.

Really pleased Grill'd has come to my area. Though not exactly cheap, you are pretty much always guaranteed of a good quality burger.

We choose the Caesar Palace chicken burger, Garden Goodness vegetarian burger or, if we're really hungry, the Mighty Melbourne beef burger. We particularly like the soft wholemeal buns and fresh ingredients.

The actual store is pretty nice, too, given it's in a run-of-the-mill shopping centre. If we didn't have little kids we'd happily eat in.

There are two things Grill'd could do better. First, their prices are creeping up to the point where they just can't compete for a family like ours with pizza or fish 'n' chips. It makes them very much an occasional rather than regular option. The chips in particular are fiendishly expensive for what you get.

Second, sometimes the presentation of the take away burger leaves a bit to be desired, with ingredients spilling out the side and the bun squashed by the packaging.

Overall, though, a very good experience. The price below is for a Caeser's Palace burger plus snack-size chips.

I go to the one at Garden City up here in Brisbane and now that you mention it I've not seen a lot of families. Mainly couples. The chips are expensive and with the price of the burger think that they would be included.

I agree the burgers are little expensive but worth the price as a treat. Plus points to Grill'd because the burgers are freshly cooked and delicious.

Grilld isnt as great as it once was but this one is still pushing out quality food despite the shrunken serving sizes. My favourite burger is the Baba burger. It has a lamb beef patty and I add on pineapple for a small extra fee. Service is friendly.

Happy with service and value. made healthy which is amazing. but last couple of times, my bun has been burnt, and have had to send it back to have remade. even received a free burger for this. (which was great) :). but on another occasion when i purchase the same burger, again it was burnt. grilld in general i do love, but in future i may steer clear of this particular grilld store and go to another.

Grill'd have come to Burwood One, and it's good news for all concerned! Went here with a mate for lunch yesterday, and had a very yummy beef burger and a side of chips, and didn't need much dinner in the evening! Their burgers, albeit a little pricey, are top-notch, and don't feel fatty like other places.

Approximate cost: $12.00
