Great Doctor, caring and very considerate 100% recommendation from me

Since covid this practices won’t see any with a common cold or any illnesses to do with a cold not even children even if they have been covid tested. They are running scared which makes them incompetent and neglectful of there patents. Please look for someone else who can look after your needs instead of going to the hospital for a chest infection or asthma.

I find every time you go there they are just worrying about how quick they can get you out. they really don't give you anything on your first visit so they make you come back again. I have had grandchildren go there and every thing is a virus and the kids usually in up going to the hospital. I have one now up the hospital as again he was taken there and they did nothing as usual. I only go there as I have one doctor I see he moved there and I have had him since I was young and he takes the time to really look at you. I think this Practice is all about how much money they can make in a day and not really listening to the patient. It has got to the point with this place why bother going to the doctor they never do anything anyway....

Great doctors! I have looked around for a good doctors for a while and saw this place and decided to give it a try. The new renovations to the place are nice and the staff are generally nice! They have a great range of doctors from dietians, gastroenterologists and more! I personally recommend Dr. Maddie. She is lovely!

What a lovely family practice. The receptionists are friendly and very welcoming. They squeezed me in for an appointment on the same day too. The doctor was great and the fact that they bulk bill is perfect.

A very well run and professional surgery. Always courteous and pleasant. Approx 6 doctors to choose from and bulk bills. Always busy so sometimes a little wait is expected.

Usually get an appointment either on the day or day after.
Most of the doctors are great. I find Dr Krigsman to be a bit too easy with his prescriptions though and doesn't really look into the problem properly, so I rarely see him.
Dr Quek is amazing always very forthcoming with information. Definitely my fav doc there.
True about the appointment times though. You probably won't get in on time. expect a 15-30 min wait.
And they bulk bill ;)

Receptionist staff are extremely polite, caring and helpful. They will always try and fit me in an appointment on the day I telephone.

My favourite GP is Dr Sasi, been treating the family and myself now for a good 20 years.

He has an impeccable manner, is always smiley, is thorough with examinations and has great listening skills. He truly cares for his patients.

Overall, high recommendation of this medical practice, they also bulk bill.

A great local bulk billing practice. I had been going to another practice all my life until I was let down by them about 8 years ago. This one was recommended to me by a neighbour and I have not looked back. Dr Quek and Dr Krigsman are kind, caring and always listen.

When booking an appointment, ensure that you leave up to an hour. Sometimes they run on time, but other times you can wait for ages. A small price to pay for caring service
