I wouldnt say its the best place to visit for customer service, the sales people seem irritated when I ask any question that involves a product of their, although, I did purchase an time and it came out better quality than I expected.

Untrustworthy and deceptive. Not only were they ignoring me everytime I approached a salesman but they were constantly bickering and probably arguing behind my back about things unknown to me. I would avoid grays online

I purchased a laptop computer described as a current demo model.
The computer has an intermittent battery problem which I thought at first was not a problem however a few weeks latter I took it to a technician and he said it was faulty.
I contacted Greys online and explained the problem, they were not interested as the machine had expired the 30 day period.
I had not even used the machine due to being overseas and not understanding it was a fault. The machine has also had the serial number scratched off and I cannot get the manufacturer to look at it.
Greys are not interested.

I have been using Graysonline and Grayswine online for many years.

Back in the earlier days, I always used to keep it a secret so I could get better deals. Now I positively promote it as I think everyone should have the opportunity to bag a bargain.

I regularly buy wine from them at cheap cheap $s.

Give it a go....(don't forget the buyers % and shipping though)

you think you're getting a bargain but really you are not after the fees and the delivery I bought an exercise bike that cost more than it should. I don't shop here much anymore but I still look out and see if I can grab a bargain. My advise is be careful don't over bid on items do your research before you bid and keep in mind how much delivery and other fees cost all up

Have recently started ordering wine through this Site and am very impressed with the really cheap wine we have managed to purchase over the last couple of months.

My only issue has been delivery which I think has more to do with the courier service they use. One lot of wine took 2 weeks to be delivered, even though the delivery period indicated on website was 3 to 5 days. When I sent an email to Grays asking about delay, someone did respond almost straight away and followed it up but I didn't get an explanation why delivery took so long.

Other than this, am very happy and will continue to order through Grays!

I have made multiple purchases in the past & even with the very expensive delivery charges if I was careful I did ok. But when things go wrong there is no communication or support. My last two purchases were made with in days of each other a month ago and I am still waiting. No delivery & no response from customer service. Department of fair trading said it is a breach of contract under common law & advised me to stop payment if I can.

I was the successful bidder for an item at online auction but have been told that the goods are now no longer available. While it is impossible for a successful bidder to not complete the contract it appears that GraysOnline can renege on the supply of the goods whenever they want.
The fact that GraysOnline have refunded the money does not make up for their failure to complete their obligation to supply.
