I came here yesterday to see some live music and I was very impressed by the venue. The sound was excellent and the lighting during the performance was out of this world. There was plenty of room to get up close to the performer and the atmosphere in the place was wonderful.

This was my first time coming here and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I had a lovely dinner in the bistro, they have a great selection of food and drinks. The prices were what I would expect and the service was absolutely quick, nothing but impeccable. The grand hotel also has a music venue, which I also visited after my dinner. There was a bar and small seating area near the stage. The concert was incredible from the singing, lights, sound, etc. and during the performance waiters were quick to remove any empty glasses, which just goes to show the amazing level of customer service at this venue.

This is a small pub with a heritage feel located in the middle of Main Street. The meals are well done however I don't feel like there is much on their menu. I would not take my children here as it is quite small and although they welcome children and even offer high chairs there is nothing for them to do.

A beautiful building situated down main street of Mornington. It has a pokies area and Bistro. The food is ok though I wouldn't rave about it too much. Its reasonably priced and the atmosphere can be lovely but also quite noisy from the gaming room. Its nice to enjoy a drink and sunshine when the weather is nice. The inside looks really good but they could put a bit more heritage into what the building was.

typical pokey/gambling venue. if that is your thing then you will love the Grand hotel. I love the historic pictures up and down the hall way between the gaming area. its very nice, pity the place around it doesnt reflect how old the building is. the food was ok, nothing special i am sorry. all in all, the noise of the tab and pokies, just drains my head..

Had a delicious lunch today with my friend and our kids. The chicken satay that we ordered was on the menu as entree but they happily did a main size serving, with a fresh salad and crunchy chips just the way I like them. Friendly staff and quick service, they also provided a colouring in sheet and pencils for our kids (5 & 2), perfect for keeping them at the table and busy. Nice place to be.

Always a pleasure to dine at this Hotel on the main street in Mornington, for a lovely day out try it on a Wednesday lunch while the street market is on. it has the atmosphere and the menu to keep you going back. Book, its always busy.

I went there with a friend with a "2 for 1" meal voucher. The meals we got were just perfect bistro style meals. There was no delay in getting our meals and the wait staff were lovely and on the ball. Theres the option to eat upstairs on the outside deck and in the summer when its just beautiful. The bar staff are very knowledgable and everyone greets you with a smile. Its easy to access, and the staff were very supportive and assisted with my friend being in a wheelchair.
