I was looking specifically for a gaming machine and luckily came across GR-TEK. George and Maree were wonderful - I pounded them daily for a week with question after question and the answers came back quickly, concisely and very accurately. I am sure I was a pain the **** for them. My machine was built in less than 7 days and when I picked it up George and Maree discussed the bits and pieces with me and made the whole experience a sincere pleasure. The minute I turned this machine on it felt special - good parts put together by an expert - and a very accommodating, friendly expert at that. Couldn't have asked for anything more - a great machine and a great company to deal with.

I ordered what could be considered a high-level PC on a Thursday and it arrived the Tuesday after that. I emailed them to request a few things, and they were extremely friendly and ready to help with whatever I needed.
