Been visiting this store for many years now. My latest favorite product here that I have only recently discovered is their honey. The honey is delish and have several different types to try. I can still find new and interesting things here most of it very healthy. Staff are great, relaxed and very helpful.

Nobody has reviewed Goodies and Grains in an age, so this review is, in part, to give it a 'bump', because it's a store that deserves it. The store has so many specialty foods and health items, all in bins, tubs and giant containers. The food is stored hygenically and is wonderfully fresh. You can get organic, bio-dynamic, and locally grown, as well as obscure and hard-to-find items.
My favourite place for quinoa or for a quick juice while I am shopping, as they also have a great juice bar!

Gotta love this store; every time I visit, I have to buy something! Huge selection of items for vegans, gluten-free peeps and those who care about their health. You can always find something new here and it is always busy! Worth a visit.

This place sells all sorts of "healthy", organic and alternative foods. Interesting range and absolutely packed full. I personally have a problem with the open package style of merchandising, particularly in the middle of winter, so not sure that I will be back but there were certainly a lot of people buying.

I went to this shop last friday for the 1st time. It was my friend who told me about the shop. This shop is quite amazing for me. They have so many things you can't find in supermarket or non specialty shop. They provide lots range of flour. They also have lots of gluten free product. I love that they have the mixture of flour for bun, scone, pancake and more. It made my life easier. I think you can just find most thing you need for baking here.

Goodies and grains has a great, amazing selection of all sorts of wild, delicious, speciality, unexpected, organic, international and locally grown foods. They're all in big bulk containers so you don't pay for packaging, just for the grains and things themselves.

It's not a revolutionary concept, it's old fashioned actually. And it means things are cheaper and better.

Packaging can tend to trick people into thinking they're purchasing a bargain (a small packet of Quinoa for only $3.80? seems cheap. But if you do the maths, it ends up being around $19.00 a kilo if the packet holds only 200 grams! That's more expensive than steak!)

Goodies, and grains.

If you eat any kind of dried fruits, health foods, rice or grains, it's a great place to shop!

Apart from all the cool selection of foods, you have to also try their great freshly made juices and smoothies, as well as the wraps (although these are only available during the week)

Wonderful assortment of exactly that goodies and grains. You can great dried fruit with dried mango the best I have ever tasted (is not cheap though). You can get reasonable quality carob and quite alot of very nutritious and delicious foods mostly in their natural state.

Wide variety of health foods for vegan, gluten intolerant, vegetarian and health conscious people. Prices are a little high but worth the cost.
