Reliable, helpful and friendly service

We recently (May 2019) upgraded from a 1.5kW to a 6.6kW system and our whole experience with Goodhew was positive & satisfying. The administration & installation team were very good - they delivered on time & completed the job professionally and tidily - and the system is performing as represented.
A couple of days ago we required some after sales support owing to an incident with the systen and their response was excellent. The problem was rectified under warranty, both quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
Our opinion of Goodhew is that it is a company that not only provides good value product but one that stands ready to support the product and their workmanship if & when due.
Unquestionably we would use them again.

we have had dealings with goodhew since 2012, they have been very professional and have a very pleasant and helpful office team, and installation staff, they have installed solar for us in 2012, and we are very happy with their workmanship, they then installed our air-conditioner in January 2019, also we have Just had this October 2019 a completely new solar system installed by them, and they were very prompt and professional in their response and installation, we could not be happier and would not hesitate to recommend them. Our initial dealing was with the company many years ago and from day one the service we received was fantastic. Over the years, we have found their follow up service to be profession - from the customer service from the officer staff to the manner of the outside workers. Service has always been prompt and nothing has been a problem. Can definitely recommended!

we used this company some time ago and from the first contact with their rep at our home until our solar was installed they have been fantastic.
Recently our inverter gave up the ghost and they replaced that and upgraded our panels, all with no fuss or bother. the installers were very professional , and the pricing was fare.
