I have been working along side Kim, Dave, and the guys for many years doing any required Electrical work.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Apart from excellent pricing (which, let’s face it, is why you’d go with a company), they came over to quote the job, looked at our flat, and then provided 2 options A FEW MINUTES LATER!! That is some seriously prompt and excellent service.

I had a few conversations with Kim on the phone organising the job, and she could not have been more friendly and helpful, keeping me informed of the job status every step of the way, as pieces were ordered and the job booked in.

On the day of the job, the lads turned up on time, got the job done quickly, and they even re-siliconed taps that had none left (aah the joys of buying a long term rental that has been neglected for 15 years!). The results are better than I could’ve hoped for.
All in all, superb work from all concerned.

I’ve already recommended Good Neighbour to a work mate who looking to have some work done.
I can only say to you, reader of review, what I said to him:
“This company were highly recommended to me, and I can only highly recommend them to you”

There are a lot of plumbing companies who are worse, but I don’t think you’ll find one better.

Nothing hidden when dealing with this professional outfit. They treat you as though they live next door. We required extensive sewer and laundry rework. They quoted an extremely reasonable price and kept us informed every step of the way. I had the Sydney Water board check the result of their work and they commented they had not seen quality like this any better.

I’ve used many plumbers over the years and never found one that does quality work and a business I can trust.

I would like to thank Kyle and Kim in the office for their prompt and professional service for a blocked sewer line at our house in Kellyville. It only needed pressure jet cleaning and no extra repairs required.
I was quoted thousands of dollars to have a resleeve procedure done on our underground sewer pipe that was supposed to be cracked after looking at the pipe with his camera. I said I would get another quote first.

Kyle confirmed after cleaning the sewer pipe that there was in fact no crack but a build up of material that caused the problem.
I am so grateful for his genuine professional honest service.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing service, I have had very bad experiences before so was extremely wary about needing to call a plumber out. When I called Good Neighbour Plumbing, they were both polite efficient and caring. James arrived on time as stated and insisted on taking his shoes off at the door, The washers on both laundry taps had not been changed in about 35years, so I was quite concerned, but he worked so quickly and efficiently explaining what he was doing all the time, then tested everything afterwards.
