I purchased a rose gold plated Stirling silver bangle for Aus $399. . After only 18months the gold is wearing off. I contacted customer service and was informed that this is usually considered wear and tear and is therefore not covered under warranty. I expected better quality. Buyer beware of inferior quality. !!

One star for brittle gold . Second time now my ring had broken. Other jewelers say brittle gold .however Goldmark say not brittle gold ....interesting...

Goldmark has the latest fashionable jewellery from elegant to costume-like products. I purchase items from here all the time and have only ever had fault once which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The shop had a good range of product the sales staff was very helpful. We found that the assistance after we brought a item was not very well conducted. they would say that they would ring back and we found that we had to cintinually ring them. This made it hard as we kept getting a different sales person each time.

I am a huge fan of jewellery, especially silver and white gold. If I am looking for jewellery I always go to the Goldmark in Rundle Mall. The staff are extremely helpful, asking questions and giving as mush assistance as they possibly can. The jewellery is always in beautiful condition and if there is ever any problems with it then I take it back for the ladies to look at
