I went in to have a look at a bracelet in the current catalogue. After pointing it out in the catalogue to the staff member, she proceeded to look it up on the computer then find it in a locked cupboard. I feel this is a stupid place to have a $50 bracelet if you actually want to sell it, but I was impressed with the staff member's initiative in looking it up and finding it for me. She was polite, friendly and helpful throughout, and although I didn't buy the bracelet due to the fact I have a small wrist and it was a little too big (which is often the case for me), I would definitely go back in the future when looking for a gift or inexpensive item for myself.
