An average yum cha which is very popular with the locals. Sometimes the lines are just too long to wait so it is worth it to go somewhere else. The prices are very average.
I come here with family about once a year for yum cha. The food is tasty, although the room can get very crowded and noisy. This is probably because it's a popular place for people to come.
I agree- it can get so noisy!
Good yumcha, the waitresses and waiters speak hardly any English so alot of pointing is easiest. Average pricing, but good yumcha
Approximate cost: $5
Of all yum-cha restaurants I find that I continuously come back to Eastwood Golden Jade. They are not fancy and modern like the Phoenix brand, and they are not always the absolute cheapest, but in terms of comfort and the quality of the food, they are certainly above average. The dinner menu is a bit pricy though, in terms of chinese food, but definitely recommend it for yum-cha.
Very cramped restaurant even with two storeys. Very very busy during lunch hours leading to usually long waiting times. Food is of reasonable quality and prices are fair/
Approximate cost: $20
Very busy, especially on weekends, so expect a half hour wait in the crammed, fish tank full foyer. Once you actually get seated at your table, the food is pretty good, standard yum cha fare. Definitely better than the other yum cha place down the road.
