We used Golden Gate Limo for our wedding. We could not have asked for anymore. They were great, our driver Ross was so helpfully, took as where ever we asked.

Very friendly and professional service at an affordable price. The limo was immaculate and modern, the driver was incredibly thoughtful and friendly and the champagne we bought on top of limo was a delicious extra. Would highly recommend!

Golden Gate Limos made our son's wedding a time that they will not forget. All details were taken care of and at a time that can be quite stressful - we felt completely confident in this aspect. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

They provided us a great service taking us to an event in Lismore from Brisbane and back. They picked us up at 7am and limoned us down to Lismore in style with professional and unmatched customer service. They then hung around to bring us back to brisbane in the afternoon. Great enjoyable experience I will use them again and recommend them to family friends and work mates, thanks a bunch

Had a booking last night for the Chrysler 300 C Super Stretch from Parkinson to the Pullman Centre for grade 12 formal.

Brilliant service and the driver was lovely and very patient with the gagle of girls.

Thanks Heaps. See you in three years for number 2 daughter.

From start to finish the service was excellent! The driver was polite and so helpful! He was punctual and always made sure we had a champagne in hand. Couldn't complain about a thing!!

Very professional and excellent service! Friendly, polite and extremely helpful driver (Murray) always ready with umbrella/food/drinks. Clean, comfortable limo. Everyone loved it, especially the flowergirls! Totally worth the money!!

Myself and another mother found this company on the internet advertising themselves as a 6 star company and also the money back Guarantee, so chose to use them for our children's year12 Formal. But sadly, it was a disaster from start to finish. Problems were incorrect music, incorrect limo, driver arrived but parked next door so unfort noone saw him arrive due to childrens photo session indoors, when all limos arrived at venue, each one stopped for a minute to let the children get a lineup photo in front of their respective limo, sadly when our kids got out of their limo getting ready to line up, the driver drove off clipping one of the girls. And to top off the night, when it was pickup time, the driver chose to park 200m down the hill instead of the main entrance so the school principal had to walk the kids down the hill as noone was allowed to leave without a parent or limo. So many complaints were made, only received one reply arguing that nothing happened so dont expect any refund. So sad considering a child was hit, so much went wrong, and all they were worried about was the money. DONT expect any Guarantee to be honoured, unfortnately having to take this complaint further :(

Well I wasn't keeping an eye on a businesses number of stars when we chose to share our bad experience, I am more interested in leaving my comment on our night. Just like you did with your wedding comment. WOMO is here to let people have freedom of speech to share good or bad stories, then new customers can then make up their own mind when making a decision on choosing a business. Amazing website WOMO, has helped us immensely ..

As per life we all do try our best to look after all that we come in contact with, but sometimes there are those who you just cannot. We always listen and try to help where we can. Gee sir, that's really nice that your priority is ONLY positive customers and not negative ones. Do you think that the parents of the child that was hit by your old driver really concerned about anyone else on here? I personally were most so shocked that you chose to ignore emails hoping this would go away and your STILL ignoring a serious complaint. It obviously seems more important to you to ignore and not admit this happened so then you won't get charged with false advertising ie " if any customer is not completely satisfied with their service then we will gladly refund their monies" .. Shame on you for not returning this parents money. None of us (18 parents) were happy with a child being hit and kids left behind. It was our School Principal who suggested we claim back out monies as she referred you and was so distraught after also witnessing the incident. It was her who mentioned you have a 6 STAR GUARANTEE to return monies for unsatisfied customers. You might be a nice company when things go "hassle free" but god help anyone else when it doesn't. Instead of ignoring this problem, fix it. Don't falsely advertise a GUARANTEE that you can't honour.

Fantastic job guys, booked this as a surprise ride in to qpac for the ladies to see a play. Came a few mins early, called me, funny and lovely driver, and upgraded car which was immaculate! It was raining so he held an umbrella while helping us out at qpac. Would definitely do it again, it was so easy! =)
