I got a letter in the mail from Gold Coast Solar Power right when I needed to do something about my solar inverter which was faulty; the inverter was installed by another company who aren't around anymore but the guys at Gold Coast Solar Power were quick to help me get my solar system working again.

After providing Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions with our Solar System Inverter issues, we were given (very promptly), several options as how to effect the required repairs.

We also looked at upgrading our Solar System and were also given some options. We decided to go with just the Inverter replacement, and they gave us advice on how to put an Insurance Claim in for the costs.

The new Inverter installation was done promptly, and professionally. We were also assisted to register an ""Extended Warranty"" on the new Inverter.

We had a Sunna 3kW solar inverter which had failed and the manufacturer and the installation company aren't around anymore so the warranty was useless.

I contacted Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions as I prefer to deal with small QLD businesses, and a family business is even better. We read some of their reviews and were quite happy to have them install a replacement inverter without paying top dollar for the same good quality but without all the huge overheads of big business, plus I go with a gut feeling and I wasn't wrong.
