We brought a vacuum cleaner in March this year, and unfortunatley it broke from my partner being slightly rough - (we got the top of the line one) so we wernt particulary happy. We took it back and there was no problem, they were very helpful and were apologetic - even though it wasnt their fault.
I tell everyone about them, because i think their service is better then most that we had recently had from other stores - I sent my mum there when she needed one!
