Purchased a Hoover Ultra Power 2 in 1 cordless stick vacuum on 13 April 2019. Product failed twice in less than a year (14/7/19 Roller-head stopped functioning, 8/2/20 Unit stopped charging). No refund beyond 10 days from purchase is possible due to Godfrey's very poor refund policy even though i've lost faith in the product's long term functionality. Beware purchases from Godfreys. According to them, this is compliant with ACCC policy, which will be very interesting to test.

What a rude and aggressive owner totally lacking customer service skills.
Went there a couple of weeks ago looking at vacuum cleaners and was shown a range of brands in the price bracket we were looking at. The sales guy was great.
Went back yesterday to purchase a $700+ Hoover and was confronted by the owner who called out aggressively across the store that he wasn't going to show me anything because I wasted 6 hours of his salesman's time over 3 visits and that I had been shown enough to make up my mind what I wanted to buy.
Fact is only went there once for about 40 minutes.
He was rude, loud and aggressive and not fit to own a business.
He missed out on a purchase of $700+ due to his attitude and lack of professionalism.
The way this guy acts makes Basil Fawlty look like a choir boy.
He not only killed his own business for us but also the Godfrey's brand.

We bought a Bissell steam mop on the 26/12/11 from Joondalup gate Godfreys. One of the 2 mop heads was too small so we took it back and got a replacement and bought a third. These were also too small. Its now 7 weeks and we are still waiting. We have been in the store or phoned weekly and told they are coming in next week. I am so over this, today I asked for a refund or replacement and was told I should just wash the one mop head I have. Who wants to clean their floors over days waiting for a mop head to dry!
The manager was very aggressive , shouting at us that he was trying to help.
I would never shop their again and I feel we have been sold a total lemon as Godfreys does not seem to stock this item anymore either in the store or online.

I recently purchased a new and very expensive vacuum cleaner from Godfrey's in Joondalup and I was served by the Manager, who was a lovely guy with a good sense of humour. He had a great vibe about him and he was a very good salesman. One of the best I have had in a Godfrey's store. I would recommend you try Godfrey's Joondalup for your vacuum cleaner purchase. He even recycled my old broken one. Great Service.
