I bought apple cider vinegar which they sell in bulk. The shop assistant spilled it, not a problem. After it had been in my very cold kitchen for a few weeks it developed mould. When I took it back they blamed me (whatever happened to 'the customer is always right'?) I have been making pickles, based on vinegar, for many years, and never one have grown mould. They implied that it was my fault, no apology. The arrogance and self righteousness were extraordinary. Never again will I set foot in that shop. I'm back to the supermarket. Staff are friendly and happy to help and tell customers what they know from first-hand experience. Prices are cheaper than most health food stores. They have everything expected of a health food store and other useful products and services.
