As an owner of successful businesses with yards of documentation and sound "Financials" we got nothing but grief from one of the Big 4 whom we have been a customer of for over 30 years. Seems the bank couldn't add up or see the "wood for the trees". Xavier and Leona have been very helpful in refinancing us to a better loan deal. They helped with the collection of all paperwork and guided us all the way through. Most helpful is their promptness in replying to emails, answering questions and dealing with any problems arising through what can be a stressful and confusing time.
