Rarely have I experienced such terrible customer service. The staff were rude, unhelpful and uneducated on latest facial exfoliating treatments saying they would have to 'Google them'. After telling them that I would be writing a review, I received an email from them threatening to 'deal with me legally' if I did. Be warned.

This was my first experience with eyelash extensions, so I have nothing to compare it to, really.They look nice, long and quite natural, and 10 days or so in, I've only lost a few. I've enjoyed not having to wear mascara! I found the therapist patient and careful, and she gave me very strict, detailed instructions on how to care for them. She has an interesting bedside manner that some people might not like, but I found her ok to deal with. My only complaints are that some of the lashes are glued to my eyelid as opposed to the actual lash, and the glue is a little irritating. Also, the lashes feel a little stiff and plasticky - I was under the impression that they were meant to be silk. Overall, these were worth trying, and a great idea for special occasions.

Go Bella represents great value and Jen is a very knowledgeable and professional therapist. I visit Go Bella every month for eyelash extensions (great length and lasts 3-4 weeks), anti-ageing facial with microdermabrasion and photo rejuvenation and IPL hair removal (and it's virtually painless). I love this place and it beats the overpriced Melbourne salons in all areas
