I popped in for a take away hot choc one afternoon mid week and it was not very busy however service was slower than I expected.
The counter and tables were clean and there were plenty of staff on. One staff member did take the rubbish out through the store and when he returned started to prepare an order and did not wash his hands.

Might skip this place for a little while.

My wife and I are regular customers of your Gloria Jeans Coffee shop in Woden,
near to the Woolworths store.
Any time of the day we always get professional service, quality cakes, clean tables,
and greeted by staff wearing neat and presentable uniforms.

I would like to commend two of your staff members: Sophie and Mellisa.
These young professionals are a great assets to both your coffee shop,
and to the Gloria Jean's Coffees Australia.

Fast service, great coffee. Even when it looks busy it does not take so long to get served. Cakes are fresh and tasty.

There are a fair few coffee places to choose from now and I like going back to GJ's Woden. I like this GJ's better than the one at the Tuggeranong Hyperdome. It's cleaner, there's more papers to read, the self-serve water's topped up regularly and i've never had a problem getting my chai made extra-hot or complaints about my travel mug.
