Gloria Jean's is Gloria Jean's... you can always get something decent and fairly consistent between stores, but never expect anything amazing. Familiarity is why I often find myself at these cafe's as opposed to actively seeking a great coffee

Only been here once - had to wait about 10 minutes which was annoying. It didn't seem that busy at the time so wassn't sure why the wait was so long.
The flat white was pretty good - not the best I've had from a gloria jeans but pretty good.
The staff here were friendly - big smile and hello and have a nice day that were genuine.
Id go back for the staff!

I am a valued member of the Gloria Jean's Coffee Club and I have been to many GJ Cafes and this one by far is the worst I have seen. Very shabby and dirty. The tables are not cleaned probably and rubbish on the floor. One thing I also noticed on my last visit was that the brass looking top on the benchtop rubbish bin that is for public use near the drinks pickup point is all worn and looks so dirty. One of the casual lowline chairs is so cracked on the vinyl with wear, that if you were to sit on it, you could snag you clothing on it. I notice that last time and I thought maybe it would be replaced this time I went, but to no avail. The new Woodgrove Shopping Complex is being built and I hope they don't take furniture to the new location that has seen better days. Looks is everything when looking for a place to eat. I did notice that they had replaced one of the shabby pictures that was peeling off the wall which was good to see. I ordered a skinny mocha latte and it was weak and not very chocolatey. I will give this GJ's one more go and if it isn't up to the standard of the other great GJ's Cafes I have been to, I will not go there again and spread the word. I hope someone from the business reads this and takes immediate action or this business is doomed.

Approximate cost: $15.00 each visit

Love Love Love the coffee here. As my partner is lactose-intolerant he can also enjoy a soy based coffee here too. Service is often slow due to being so popular so make sure you have 10minutes spare to wait, but their coffee is really worth the wait.
The cakes here could be improved however and they could benefit from a larger store, otherwise friendly but very busy staff.

I used to frequent this one regularly for the best coffee and best service around Melbourne! it was the usual standard price but they were just so much nicer compared to most Gloria Jeans I have ever been too! If your passing through during the day check this one out they are awesome!

Approximate cost: $5

Best mocha in Melton. My mum and I go there for coffee every Friday. Service is great as well. They also have a customer card for frequent customers, you get a free coffee after purchasing so many. Lots of yummy looking cakes, but haven't tried them yet.

Approximate cost: $3.50
