I will not visit this cafe again. I was not given a glass or straw for the glass bottle dring I chose even though I asked for it. When the food came, the woman did not speak, smile or make any eye contact, simply slammed it on the table. Very rude and the table was covered in crumbs too. Very poor experience

It is was extremely nice of them to give me a skinny vanilla milkshake for free since it was my Birthday.

This is my go to place for a relaxing coffee and cake. I have found the service and quality are better then any of its other local rivals or same franchise (such as Eastland).

I order the Very Vanilla Latte religiously and I am never disappointed. The coffee is creamy, hot and without excessive amounts of foam.

The food can be a little expensive but the quality is always good and you never feel ripped off with the cake portions. I usually have to let my husband finish it for me as its too much for me to eat alone.

The staff are excellent, it's really picked up in the last few years or so. The girls take the effort to get to know my name and regular order, they often strike up a conversation with me whilst I am waiting for them to make the coffee as well. They can be a touch slow on days but sometimes they are simply packed.

Well worth a visit if you're shopping and want a quick bite or coffee break.

Ordered a New York mini cheesecake and banana bread along with Hot chocolate. I must say the cheesecake was great and smooth. It wasn't sweet but rather expensive at $4.95 for one small one.

The banana bread was the biggest I've ever had for $4.95!
Cheap and good! The utensils provided were of good quality. Coffee and drinks as usual lived up to its standard. Love it!

Service here is horrible. I have been there a fair few times as there aren't that many coffee shops in Chirnside park. The young girls are always chatting and don't seem to focus much on the customer. You always end up waiting without even being acknowledged . Service is the main let down to this place besides that the coffee and cakes are the same as most Gloria jeans.

i find gloria jeans to be very generic, and this one is no different. that being said they make passable coffee. i didnt try the food but it looked decent. i was only there for the coffee.

Coffe is consistently good. Cakes are the sames as everywhere else. No particular point of difference. Staff could use some cutomer service skills.

The staff are always friendly and even remember my order ( I think I may go there too often). Drinks are always the same, which I particularly enjoy!

The coffee and cakes are nice enough, however the service leaves allot to be desired. The staff are not friendly and not understanding to the length of waiting time.

I love coffee flavored in particular. This place is very busy and their service somtimes suffers for it but thier coffe is to die for. The cakes somtimes taste a bit stale but I go there pretty much for coffee.
